Metaphors and Acupressure (MAC1)
For almost the entire evolution of the human race we have communicated by sharing stories. Within these stories we find metaphoric elements. Stories or metaphors shape how we learn, communicate and discover new ways of looking at life.
Through verbal stories that hold symbolic representations, we are able to form new magical associations from ordinary common elements and this changes how we view ourselves and our past experiences. We often get drawn to the mirror of the story as it reflects our own experiences.
A great metaphor weaves its magic and indicates an outcome that allows us to view our own experiences in a new novel way.
Many of us experience unique events in our lives, however most of these are re-occurring stories that other have experienced from the beginning of time.
Our Mac 1 course explores these stories, by looking into and covering some of the most fundamental stress patterns that we have experienced and often hold onto.
It introduces metaphors that we can share with our clients so they can create new associations, a new understanding of what they are trying to let go of in their journeys. Once they understand that their pain is not so unique it is easier to let go.
However the course is much more than learning about Metaphor’s. It also integrates this with acupressure.
Chinese acupressure has been used for 1000’s of years and many acupressure points help with, spiritual and psychological issues.
This course blends the world of metaphors and acupressure together, by taking a client through a story that will allow them to understand and create new connections. While at the same time holding associate acupressure points that work on the same patterns is a very powerful way of shifting stress.
Content:
- Myths, legends and Stories across civilizations are all very similar
- Metaphors and how we relate to them.

Metaphors and Chakras (MAC 2)
Mac 2 continues with the theme of using Metaphors for self-reflection, better understanding and healing. However we now integrate the use of balancing Chakras at the same time. The course has an overview of the chakra system and the Metaphors that are chosen are stories that would be useful when working imbalances associated to Chakra themes. This may include
- The importance of stillness and courage for Base chakra
- The importance of creative thinking and acting for sacral.
- The importance of self-confidence for Solar plexus.
- The importance of compassion and balance between giving and receiving for the heart.
- The importance of listing and expressing for the Throat chakra.
- The importance of the state of mind we hold for Brow and finally the ability to be in the moment for the crown.
Nadi
It is believed that stress patterns often occur in the energetic aspects of our being before they crystalize and manifests in our physical body. Many practitioners use and look at the Chinese Meridians, Channels and work with Chakras and the Energetic body.
Understanding the Nadi’s is a great addition to anyone that has studied the chakra system or is interested in the energetic aspects of our being.
Nadi’s are energy lines that are fundamental aspects of the chakra system and energetic body.
This course looks at the function and a way of balancing some the main Nadi channels. The Emphasis is on the Hara line, which plays a pivotal role in making sure that every main chakra is able to stay balance. Balances for the Pingala and Ida and other several key Nadi’s are also explored.
The course also looks at the 5 elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether and how they interact with the earthstar and affect the lower chakras and energetic body.
There is some review of the chakra system as the Nadi’s are part of this system, however most of the course looks at how to work with the Nadi’s and how to identify stress and balance them. The course also includes exercises that the practitioner can practice daily and teach their clients to promote balance within the elements and Nadi’s.
Content:
- Review of the energetic being
- Review of the chakra system
- Relationship between Chakras and the 3 Jiao’s
- What are Nadi’s

Crystal Kinesiology
The use of crystals for healing has been used for as long as we can remember. They are referred to as one of the seven precious Substances in Buddhism, mentioned over 200 times in the bible, seen as power stones of the shamans to the Native Americas. There are even references to crystals in the oldest writings on earth the Sanskrit literature of ancient India. Crystals have been recovered in forms of weapons and talismans from numerous prehistoric burial grounds from different regions of the world. What Many people don’t know is the importance of Crystals especially quartz in the development of our latest technology. Crystals are important in most communication fields including satellites.
The discovery that Quartz is piezoelectric has led to the rediscovery of how they can be used in modern healing.
Crystal Kinesiology 1 looks at some of the fundamental aspects of crystal healing, including cleansing of crystals and charging of crystals. It explores 10 stones that are readily available to practitioners and explores how they can assist in our healing. CK 1 looks at the importance of understanding the crystals structures and how they affect us psychologically. We explore the importance of minerals within each crystal and what roles these minerals play within our own bodies on physical, emotional and spiritual level. We explore the relationship between crystals and chakras and learn how to use them within sessions with clients.
Crystal Kinesiology 2 is a continuation of CK 1 and introduces 10 further stones to increase our knowledge of different crystals. Unlike CK 1, which focuses on how to use a crystal within a session, CK 2 looks at Body layouts. Including layouts based chakras, structures of crystals and minerals they contain. There is a large emphasis on the quartz crystal and how different shapes of crystals can assist us in sessions. Ck2 explores the use of single terminators, double terminators, spheres and other shapes and how they can assist us with pain, flow of energy, energetic cleansing in individuals or group healing.
Both Ck 1 and 2 can be a great addition to any practitioner that loves working energetically and often balances the energetic body, Nadis and Chakras.

Harmonizing Chi Flow 1
This Kinesiology course is based on the research and work of Japanese physician and respected researcher Yoshio Manaka. Ondrej Bursik wrote this course over four years with the help of Acupuncturists trained in both Chinese and Japanese approaches to working with chi flow and disharmony.
This is a 3-day course which looks at the importance of understanding and balancing the flow of chi throughout the body. Students will learn 3 Jiao (3 burners) theory and the regulating effect and influence they have on the 12 channels. It looks at the relationship between the 3 Jiao and the chakras and the amazing similarities between these two ancient systems.
Students will learn how chi is distributed from the 3 Jiao into the 12 channels and how these are regulated by the extra 8 channels. Students will also learn to identify patterns of disharmony within the 12 channels and understand the relationship between the 12 channels, 8 extra channels, and the 3 Jiao. The emphasis is on understanding the patterns of disharmony and applying a specific balance to address that disharmony rather than using Priority mode to find a channel to work on.
The course explores research conducted by Manaka and includes the use of Open points, the ancient Chinese horoscope, and the way both the old and current Five Element system interrelate with the extra 8 channel system. The course covers the use of sinew channels, 6-phase theory, cutaneous regions, acupuncture points specific for emotional and spiritual issues and the use of specific frequency tapping.
Overall, the techniques learned within this course can be used with a client over 2-4 sessions to create harmony and promote the smooth flow of chi throughout the body. Various techniques can be simply incorporated into any other system of kinesiology.
Harmonizing Qi flow 2
This 3-day course is the continuation of HCF1. Now that we have made sure that Qi is flowing from its original source. Flowing from the 3 Jiao’s, distributing throughout the body and that the supporting network of the 8 channels are balanced, we begin to focus on the patterns of disharmony within the 12 main channels. Unlike many kinesiology courses where a priority is used to determine the channel to work on, in HCF 2 we plot the imbalances of the 12 channels using Alarm points and Back shu points and than look at the possible relationship between the channels and why they are coming up. There are many overlapping relationships to consider and imbalances in the body don’t happened in isolation. In HCF 2 we use a unique way to understand all the possible relationships and balance the body based on the relationship. This includes looking at Yuan- Luo relationship, element balancing, 3 continuous circuits balancing as based on work by George Soiel Demorant, Opposite polarity of the 6 phase relationships based on research by Osamu Honda, 6 zone balancing based on work done by Dr. Zhang, Yin and yang profile imbalances and specific channel balancing.
HCF 2 expands on some concepts covered in HCF 1, like the spiritual sub-program, the cutaneous subprogram and utilizes many aspects of HCF 1 like open points and DEEP protocols. In combination HCF1 and 2 can be used as a complete protocol to balance an individual starting from QI flow and finishing with balancing as many stress relationships as possible between all the 20 Chinese channels. Techniques of sedating and tonification through correct use of Tie- Shien and Pellets to increase tonification and sedation are also explored. Like in HCF 1 movement in the form of exercises that looks at the 12 channels are incorporated into HCF 2
